20例结核性毁损肺全肺切除术后的护理体会

目的：探讨结核性毁损肺全肺切除后的护理体会.方法：选取我院2年20例结核性毁损肺行全肺切除术患者的临床资料,并对术后出现的并发症进行护理分析.结果：20例全肺切除中,5例出现了房颤,3例出现了低氧血症,6例出现了气管偏移.通过镇痛、吸氧、补充钾离子和运用胺碘酮等护理措施,房颤患者逐渐复律;通过止痛、扣背和吸痰等护理措施,低氧血症患者得以纠正;通过从患侧胸腔调压管缓慢间断放液的护理方法来恢复气管的位置.结论：密切观察毁损肺全肺切除术后患者的心律和心率、氧饱和度、气管位置情况,及时进行分析并实施有针对性的护理措施,是手术成功的关键之一.

The Postoperative Nursing Experiences of Damaged Lung Pneumonectomy in 20 Cases Tuberculosis

Objective： To explore postoperative nursing experiences ot tuberculosis damaged lung pneu- monectomy. Methods：To choose clinical materials of 20 cases tuberculosis damaged lung in my hospital during two years. Results：5 cases appeared postoperative atrial fibrillation and 3 cases appeared hypoxygen as well as 6 cases appeared trachea excursion in the 20 cases of pneumonectomy. The atrial fibrillation disappeared by infusing potassium and amiodarone hydrochloride. Hypoxygen was disappeared by injecting analgesia and pat back as well as aspiration sputum. Also recover treachea correct site by pulling out plural effusion of operative side. Conclusion： It is one of important methods for operative success that observe intensively heart beat and oxygen satu- ration as well as treachea site in the patients of tuberculosis damaged lung pneumonectomy, also analysis and correct the changes.
