| 摘 要： | 目的 总结弧形小切口治疗臀肌挛缩症的治疗体会。方法 采用经大转子后上方弧形小切口的术式，治疗具有典型症状的臀肌挛缩症38例，术后早期功能锻炼。结果 随访6-24个月，37例恢复正常步态或步态明显改善，1例有一定改善，无复发病例。结论 该术式远离坐骨神经走行操作，简单安全；病变组织松解彻底，创伤小，疗效肯定。 |

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo sum up the experiences of arc incision treating gluteus contracture.Methods38 cases of typical gluteus contracture were treated by arc incision,which ran behind and above the greater trochanter.All cases were asked to do early functional training.ResultsThe patients were followed up for 6 24 months.37 cases recovered to normal or nearly normal and one had a moderate improvement in gait.No recurrence was observed.ConclusionThis way of operation is safe and simple to operate which is far away from sciatic nerve.Additionally,contracture tissue can be released completely and trauma is small.The therapeutic effect is assured. |
