罗格列酮对散发性老年痴呆模型大鼠认知功能的影响

目的观察罗格列酮对散发性老年痴呆(SAD)模型大鼠认知功能的影响。方法雄性SD大鼠24只,随机分为假手术组、模型组和罗格列酮组。罗格列酮组于造模前1周开始每天按2mg/kg剂量灌服,连续15d。侧脑室注射10%链脲佐菌素(STZ)制备SAD大鼠模型,Morris水迷宫试验测定大鼠的学习记忆能力。结果罗格列酮组第3d起能明显缩短定位航行试验中的逃避潜伏期,提高空间搜索试验中原平台位置的穿越次数。结论罗格列酮对SAD大鼠的认知功能具有明显的改善作用。

Effect of Rosiglitazone on the Cognitive Ability of Rats with Sporadic Alzheimer''s Disease

Objective To study the effect of rosiglitazone on the cognitive ability of the rats with sporadic Alzheimer's disease(SAD).Methods 24 male SD rats were randomly divided into sham operated group,model group and rosiglitazone(RSG) group.One week before the model was established,rats in treated group were intragastically administrated with RSG(2mg/kg) for consecutive 15 days,once a day.The model of SAD was induced by intracerebroventricular injection of streptozotocin,and morris water maze was used to test the learning and memory ability of rats.Results RSG could significantly shorten the escape latency time from the third day in place navigation test,increase the number of passing through primary flat place in spatial probe test.Conclusion Rosiglitazone could improve the cognitive ability of rats with SAD.
