高频彩色多普勒超声对体表肿块的诊断价值

目的探讨高频彩色多普勒超声在体表肿块中的诊断价值。方法对67例体表肿块患者的超声表现进行回顾性分析，总结其声像图特征，根据其声像图形态、大小、内部回声、边缘回声、血流特点及是否有完整包膜，观察高频彩色多普勒超声对这些患者体表肿块的定性诊断。结果67例中脂肪瘤20例，胴窝囊肿15例，纤维瘤7例，腱鞘囊肿7例，坐骨结节囊肿6例，血管瘤5例，神经鞘膜瘤3例，皮脂腺囊肿3例，脂肪坏死1例。每种疾病声像图特征各异。结论在常见体表肿块的诊断及鉴别诊断中，高频彩色多普勒超声具有重要的临床应用价值。

The diagnosis value of high frequency color Doppler ultrasonoscopy in body surface tumors

Objective To study the diagnosis value of high frequency color Doppler ultrasonoscopy in the body surface tumors. Methods The ultrasonic manifestation of 67 patients with body surface tumors were retrospectively analyzed. The sonogrameehogram characteristics of tumors were summarized. According to the shape,size, internal echo,edge echo, characteristics of the blood flow and whether the envelope complete or not of the tumor in the sono- gram echogram, the qualitative diagnosis of the tumors were concluded by high frequency color Doppler ultra- sonoseopy. Results Among 67 cases, 20 cases were lipomas,15 cases were popliteal cysts,7 cases were fibromas, 7 cases were ganglionic cysts, 6 cases were ischial tuberosity synovial cysts, 5 cases were angeiomas, 3 cases were neurilemmomas, 3 cases were sebaceous cysts, 1 cases was fatty necrosis. Conclusion High frequency color Doppler ultrasonoseopy has significant clinical application value in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of the common body surface tumors.
