| 胃镜与胃电图在儿童腹型过敏性紫癜中的诊断价值 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的分析儿童腹型过敏性紫癜的胃镜及胃电图特点,为腹型过敏性紫癜的早期诊断提供依据。方法对我院儿科收治29例以腹痛为首发症状的过敏性紫癜患儿进行胃镜及胃电图检查,观察胃、十二指肠黏膜病变特点及胃电图的变化。结果胃镜检查显示胃和十二指肠黏膜呈现不同程度的充血、水肿、糜烂甚至溃疡,以十二指肠降部病变为著,食管黏膜未见异常。腹型过敏性紫癜患儿胃电图示餐前、餐后平均幅值（Vpp）增高,主频率降低,餐前正常慢波百分比减少。结论腹型过敏性紫癜的胃镜及胃电图具有特征性变化,为腹型过敏性紫癜的早期诊断提供依据。 |
