| 摘 要： | 目的评估急诊输尿管镜术对输尿管结石并肾绞痛的疗效。方法对60例输尿管结石所致肾绞痛患者行急诊输尿管镜钬激光碎石取石术。结果 60例输尿管结石患者行碎石取石治疗成功,术后疼痛即刻缓解,无并发症发生。结论急诊输尿管镜治疗输尿管结石并肾绞痛简单、安全、有效,值得临床推广。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Ureteroscopy in treatment of ureteral calculi with renal colic during emergency.Methods A total of 80 cases of ureteral calculi with renal colic during emergency were treated by ureteroscopy and transureteroscope holmium laser lithotripsy.Results Successful removal of ureteral calculi were achieved in 60 cases.Renal colic was immediately cured.No complications occurred.Conclusion Ureteroscopy is an easy,safe and effective method for the treatment of ureteral calc... |
