骨愈灵胶囊对去卵巢致大鼠骨质疏松模型的影响

目的观察骨愈灵胶囊对去卵巢致大鼠骨质疏松模型的治疗作用。方法采用对去卵巢致大鼠骨质疏松模型，观察骨愈灵胶囊对该模型的治疗作用。结果骨愈灵各组对去卵巢致大鼠骨质疏松模型血清Ca、P影响不大，但骨愈灵大、小剂量组血清ALP明显低于模型组，与模型组比较差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。骨愈灵各组对股骨重量、骨力度的影响与模型组比较，差异均无显著性意义。骨愈灵各组能明显增加股骨长度和骨密度，与模型组比较差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）。骨愈灵胶囊各剂量组骨小梁密度分布比较均匀，梁髓比基本恢复，镜下可见成骨细胞。结论骨愈灵胶囊对去卵巢致大鼠骨质疏松模型具有一定的治疗作用，能明显增加骨密度，降低血清ALP，增加骨小梁数目。

Effects of Gu Yu Ling Capsules on the Model of Ovariectomized Osteoporotic Rats

Objective： To observe the the treatment effect of Gu Yu Ling Capsules on the model of ovarieetomized osteoporotic rats. Methods： The model of ovariectomized osteoporoti rats was used to observe the treatment effect of this capsules on the model. Results： Each group of Gu Yu Ling has fittle effect on the Ca,P in the serum of the model of ovariectomized osteoporoti rats, but the serum ALP of the high close group and low close group of Gu YU Ling were significantly lower than model group , there was significantly difference（ P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no significant difference between each group of Gu Yu Ling and model group with the weight of thighbone and potency dimension. Femur length and bone density were significantly increased in each group of Gu YU Ling , there was significantly difference compared with model group （P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. In each dosage group of Gu Yu Ling, the bone - trabecula density distribution was even and the ratio of girder to marrow retuned to normal state, The osteoblast was observed under the microscope. Conclusion： The Gu Yu Ling Capsules has certain treatment function to the model of ovariectomized osteoporotic rats, It can increased the bone density , reduced the ALP in serum and increased the number of bone - trabecula.
