| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨食管切除术后吻合口漏的病因、预防、诊断及治疗。方法：回顾分析6例吻合口漏的诊治方法。结果：6例吻合口漏经治疗均治愈。结论：根据吻合口漏的局部情况,采取非手术或手术治疗可以降低死亡率。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the cause, prevention, diagnos is and treatment of anastomotic leakage after esophagectomy. Methods: 6 cases with anastomotic leakage were analyzed retrospectively. Results: 6 cases with anastomotic leakage were cured. Conclusion: The ma nagement of conservative therapy or appropriate operative procedure dependent on local condition of anastomotic leakage may reduce mortality rate. |
