| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨藻酸双酯钠不良反应的一般规律和特点。方法:采用回顾性研究方法,对1994年～2005年国内医药学术期刊报道的62例藻酸双酯钠不良反应病例进行统计、分析。结果:藻酸双酯钠不良反应与性别无关,与患者年龄、给药途径、药物用量有关,可发生于用药后各个时间段;临床表现复杂多样,涉及机体多个器官、系统,主要是对免疫系统和肌肉骨骼的损伤。结论:临床医师、药师应了解藻酸双酯钠不良反应的规律和特点,加强其应用监测,以减少不良反应的发生。 |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To study the general pattern and characteristics of adverse drug reactions(ADR)induced by polysaccharide sulfate(PSS).METHODS:A retrospective study was carried out to collect and statistically analyze62cases of ADR induced by PSS reported in domestic academic journals between January1994and December2005.RESULTS:The ADR to PSS were independent of patient’s sex and dependent of patient’s age,administration routes and dosage.The ADR occurred at different intervals after drug application.Clinical manifestations of ADR were multiple involving several organs and systems,mainly damage of immune system and musculoskeletal system.CONCLUSION:Clinical doctors and pharmacists should under-stand the pattern and characteristics of ADR induced by PSS,and strengthen monitoring of its use in order to reduce occurrence of ADRs. |
