四联疗法的临床研究

目的：观察三联和四联疗法对于幽门螺旋杆菌治疗效果和根除率。方法一共有84名幽门螺旋杆菌感染者，被分为三组，分别给予三联疗法1周，四联疗法1周，四联疗法2周。结果经过四联疗法治疗2周的感染者，根除率达到88.0％，但推荐进行四联疗法的感染者，有21.9％感染者未能完成完整的疗程。结论四联疗法有更高的幽门螺旋杆菌根除率，但没有医生反复叮嘱，依从性可能较低。

Clinical research of quadruple therapy

Objective To observe the effect and eradication rate of triple or quadruple therapy in pa-tients with helicobacter pylori infection .Methods Altogether 84 patients with helicobacter pylori infection who were given triple therapy one week ,quadruple therapy one week or two weeks .Results H.pylori eradication rate in patients who completed the quadruple therapy in two weeks were 88.0%.but 21.9%patients were una-ble to complete two weeks therapy .Conclusion The quadruple therapy in two weeks shows more effect on Hpylori eradication rate in patient ,but more patients are unable to complete quadruple therapy in two weeks .
