消化性溃疡穿孔腹腔镜与开腹修补术比较研究

目的对比腹腔镜与开腹修补术对消化性溃疡穿孔的治疗效果，探讨消化性溃疡穿孔的最佳治疗方式。方法选取我院2009年12月-2012年n月收治的30例开腹手术（对照组）和30例腹腔镜手术（观察组）修补的消化性渍疡穿孔患者，比较2组患者手术时间、术中出血量、术后疼痛评分、术后并发症等指标。结果对照组的手术时间、术中出血量、术后疼痛评分指标明显高于观察组（P〈0．05）；2组术后并发症的比较，观察组优于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论腹腔镜修补术与传统开腹手术相比，可减少手术创伤、手术时间、术中出血量和术后并发症的发生，降低术后疼痛，有利于患者术后康复，值得临床推广应用。

A Comparative Study of Laparoscopy and Abdominal Repair on Peptic Ulcer Perforation

Objective To compare the therapeutic efficacy of laparoscope and abdominal repair on peptic ulcer perforation, and discuss the optimal therapy on peptic ulcer perforation. Method To select 30 cases of patients of peptic ulcer perforation having undergone abdominal surgery （the comparison group） and another 30 cases of patients of the same disease having received laparoscopic repair （the observation group） admitted to our hos- pital from December 2009 to November 2012, and to compare indexes such as the time of surgery, the amount of bleeding during surgery, post-surgery pain grading, and post-surgical complications of the two groups. Re- suits The time of surgery, the amount of bleeding during surgery, and the post-surgery pain grading of the comparison group were markedly higher than those of the observation group （P 〈 0.05）. The observation group was also superior to the comparison group in regard to the post-surgical complications （P〈0.01）. Con- clusion Compared with the existing abdominal surgery, the laparoscopic repair reduces the surgical wounds, the time of surgical operation, the amount of bleeding in surgery, and the occurrence of post-surgical complica- tions. It also diminishes the post-surgical pain and facilitates the patients＇ recovery after surgeries, hence it is worth clinical promotion and application.
