| 摘 要： | 本文针对药剂科工作中存在的问题,制订了包括组织与管理、基本设施和药品质量三大部分的质控考核标准,并在具体措施上加以落实.对药剂科工作实施质控考核后,提高了药剂人员依法办事的自觉性,健全了规章制度,强化了管理措施,改善了药剂工作条件,药剂人员的服务态度、服务质量明显改观,整个药剂科的面貌焕然一新. |

| Abstract: | In view of the existing problems in the work of the Pharmaceutical Preparation Section,rating criteria for quality control assessment were made, involving organizing and administration, essential facilities, and drug qual-ity; and concrete measures were adopted. After implementation of the quality control assessment, the level of consciousness of the personnel inhandling affairs according to law was raised, rules and regulations perfected, measures for management strengthened, the working conditions becoming better,attitude of the personnel toward work and quality of service improving markedly, and the Pharmaceutical Preparation Section took on a bright, new look. |
