1例重症脑静脉窦血栓溶栓治疗的护理

对1例重症脑静脉窦血栓的患者进行血管内接触性溶栓治疗的护理进行总结,术前准备、术中配合和加强基础护理是顺利完成治疗的基础;保持正确体位、避免导管脱出堵塞、及时发现出血倾向,可防止颅内出血和下肢血管栓塞等并发症的发生;严密观察病情变化、熟练使用输液微量泵、准确应用药物是顺利完成治疗的保证。患者术后恢复良好,无并发症。

Nursing of one patient with serious cerebral venous sinus thrombosis treated by intra-arterial thrombolysis

The nursing care for one patient with serious cerebral venous sinus thrombosis, who was treated by intra-vascular thrombolysis, was summarized. It showed that the pre-operation preparation, the cooperation during operation, and the improvement of basic nursing care are the basis for successfully practicing the treatment. Maintaining correct posture, avoiding obstruction caused by slid-out catheter, and watching on the clue of bleeding timely may prevent the patient from some complications, such as intracerebral hemorrhage, embolism of lower extremities, and so on. Close observation of clinical manifestation, proficient use of infusion pump, and accurate administration of drugs are the guarantee for a successful treatment. After the operation, the patient recovered well without any complications.
