| 摘 要： | 目的报道腓肠(内侧)神经(即腓肠内侧神经及腓肠神经)-小隐静脉营养血管逆行岛状皮瓣的临床应用体会.方法用腓肠(内侧)神经-小隐静脉营养血管逆行岛状皮瓣修复足跟及踝部软组织缺损.结果临床应用6例,皮瓣面积17cm～12cm×8cm～6cm,蒂长5cm～10cm;全部一期成活.随访6～12月,皮瓣质地良好,外形有功能满意.结论腓肠(内侧)神经-小隐静脉营养血管逆行岛状皮瓣具有血供可靠、手术简单易行、不损伤主干血管,由于较腓肠神经-小隐静脉营养血管皮瓣切取的位置更高,因而蒂部更长、修复范围更广.

| Abstract: | Objective To report the result of distally based media nerve of calf-small saphena vein vascular island flap in the extremities in clinical application. Methods. The soft tissue arround the lateral malleolus and the heel were treated with distally media never of calf-small saphena vein vascular island flap. Results In six case the flaps totally survived. The color and texture of the flap were extremely good, their appearance and function were satisfactory after 6-12 months follow -up.Conclusion The distally based media nerve of calf-small saphena vein vascular island flap have reliable blood supply. Easy to operte and avoidance of sacrificing the major arteries. |
