| 摘 要： | 本组病人的临床症状轻，体征少，有3例病人是体检发现，其余病人是综合临床表现和X光胸片、CT、MRI纤维支气管镜检查及PPD试验及诊断性抗痨治疗和颈部淋巴结活检而确诊。另有3例延误了诊断．本文关于纵隔淋巴结结核与淋巴瘤及转移癌和结节病的鉴别诊断和延误诊断的原因作了扼要的讨论。 |

| Abstract: | Mediastinal Lymphatic tuberculosis is a seldom diseasse in the adults.This paper repored 10 adult patients with mediastinal lymphatic tuberculosis who have the slight symptoms and few physical somatoscopy, in which 3 were made the diagnosis by physical examination and the others by the use of CT Scan, MRI PPD. mong 10 patients,here were 3 cases whose diagnosis were delayed.
