| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨超声内镜对浸润型胃癌的诊断价值.方法:分析38例浸润型胃癌的内镜结果,对其中22例行超声内镜检查,并分析其超声影像特征.结果:浸润型胃癌活检阳性率为52.63%.超声内镜显示病变胃壁弥漫性增厚,以2、3、4层为主,呈低回声改变,多数胃壁层次尚可见,部分仅见4层结构,超声内镜诊断准确率为95.45%.行根治性手...

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the diagnostic value of endoscopic ultrasonography(EUS) in infiltrative gastric carcinoma.Methods: Thirty-eight cases with infiltrative gastric carcinoma were examined by gastric endoscope.Twenty-two of the patients were referred for EUS evaluation.EUS images of infiltrative gastric carcinoma were analysed.Results: The positive biopsy rate of infiltrative gastric carcinoma was 52.63%,in all patients with a final diagnosis,and EUS showed diffusive thickening of layers,especially,of the ... |
