| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨与总结主动脉夹层的急救护理方法.方法:以我院2007年1月至2010年5月收治的23例主动脉夹层患者为例,探讨主动脉夹层患者采取控制血压、镇痛、心理护理等急救护理的方法.结果:20名主动脉夹层患者经保守治疗后病情稳定出院,3例死亡.结论:有效地控制血压,及时缓解疼痛,注重患者的生活基础护理,进行有效的心理护理...

| Abstract: | Objective：To summary the emergent nursing on patients with aortic dissection.Methods： The author took 23 patients with aortic dissection admitted from January 2007 to May 2010 in my hospital as an example,took control of their blood pressure,pain,and paid attention to their psychological care and so on.Results： 20 patients with aortic dissection discharged in a stable condition after conservative treatment,and 3 patients died.Conclusions： Effective control of blood pressure,pain relief in a timely manner,focusing on the basic life nursing,effective psychological care,can effectively improve the survival rate of patients with aortic dissection. |
