经鼻正压通气联合醒脑静治疗肺性脑病的临床研究简

目的 探讨经鼻正压通气（BiPAP）联合醒脑静治疗肺性脑病的临床效果.方法 分析100例肺性脑病患者,分成两组,对照组48例,予以经鼻正压通气治疗,观察组52例,在对照组的基础上加用醒脑静治疗,比较两组治疗后的临床效果情况.结果 两组患者在临床症状、临床有效率、不良反应、血气分析、格拉斯哥评分上比较有差异性（P〈0.05）,均有统计学意义.结论 经鼻正压通气联合醒脑静治疗肺性脑病临床效果良好.

Clinical study of nasal positive pressure ventilation combined with Xingnaojing in the treatment of pulmonary encephalopathy

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of nasal positive pressure ventilation combined with Xingnaojing in the treatment of pulmonary encephalopathy. Methods 100 patients with pulmonary encephalopathywere randomly divided into two groups. The control group （ n = 48 ） was given nasal positive airway pressure treat ment, and the observation group （ n = 52 ） was treated with Xingnaojing combined with nasal positive airway pressure treatment. Results There were significant differenees in elinical symptoms, clinical efficacy, adverse reactions, blood gas analysis, and Glasgow score between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）.
