| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨协同刺激分子B7-H3在喉鳞癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学染色检测27例喉鳞癌患者组织标本及26例声带息肉标本中B7-H3的表达，并对其表达情况与患者淋巴结转移、临床分期、病理分级、临床分型、年龄、性别、吸烟量等进行相关分析。结果在喉鳞癌组织和声带息肉组织中B7-H3的阳性表达率差别有统计学意义（P＜0.05），B7-H3癌组织中的表达强度与患者淋巴结转移、临床分期、病理分级、临床分型、年龄、性别、吸烟量无统计学差异（P＞0.05）。结论 B7-H3在喉鳞癌组织中确有高表达，在声带组织中低表达或不表达，且表达强度与患者淋巴结转移、临床分期、病理分级、临床分型、年龄、性别、吸烟量无关。说明B7-H3表达与喉鳞癌生物学存在相关性，提示B7-H3表达可作为了解喉鳞癌生物学特性有价值的指标。 |

Biological and Clinical Signiifcance of B7-H3 Gene Expression in Lar yngeal Squamous Cell Carcinoma |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the role and biological significance of the expression of B7-H3 gene in the carcinogenesis and progression of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma（LSCC）. Methods The expression of B7-H3 was detected by immunobistocheemistry method in 27 cases of LSCC and 26 cases of vocal cord polyp,and the expression of B7-H3 was analyzed in LSCC with different clinical stages,pathological grades, clinical classi fications,ages,sex,smoking and lymph node metastasis. Results The positive expression rate of B7-H3 in LSCC was obviously higher than that in vocal cord polyp.（P0.05）. Conclusion The inactivation of B7-H3 is correlated with the carcinogenesis and progression of laryngeal carcinoma. B7-H3 may be a vital target gene for early diagnsis,gene therapy and prognosis of LSCC. |
