正常人平衡定量评测及相关因素初探

应用计算机控制的重心平衡测定仪对３０７名正常人进行了平衡功能定量评测，按年龄及体型各分３组。于并足和分足站立两种情况下，分别在睁眼、闭眼时测试与身体平衡有关的５种参数。从而得出正常人平衡功能有关参数的参考值。并对影响平衡功能相关因素进行了分析。结果表明，年龄与平衡功能参数成正相关，即年龄愈高，平衡功能愈差。体型（即身高与体重之比）与平衡功能参数成负相关，即矮胖型的平衡功能差。性别与平衡功能无相关性。睁眼、分足较闭眼、并足稳定性好。本文还探讨了重心平衡测定仪在临床应用的意义。

Preliminary quantitative balance evaluation and relative factors in normal person

The balance function of 307 normal subjects was quantatively evaluated with the computed stabilometer, They were divided into three groups according to age and body pattern difference. Persons were told that the feet stand side by side and stand separately with the eyes opened and closed to get five parmeters. The factors effect stabilization were analized. The result shows that age was related to stabilization, the older, the poorer. Body pattern was also associated with stabilization, the shorter and fatter, the worst. There is no relationship between sex and stabilization.The stabilization during opening eyes, feet standing separately is better than closing, feet standing side by side.
