| 摘 要： | 手足口病（HFMD）是由多种肠道病毒引起，以婴幼儿为主要发病人群的一种传染性疾病，具有潜伏期、传播速度快。本文回顾该疾病的传染源、传播途径和易感人群的同时，重点阐述了疫苗研制、健康教育、早期诊断方法、并发症早期发现和处理等三级预防策略的最新研究进展。 |

| Abstract: | Hand-foot-mouth Disease(HFMD) is caused by a variety of intestinal virus,the infants and young children are often involved,with the incubation period,spreading fast and so on.This paper reviews the recent advances in the source of infection of the disease,the route of transmission and susceptible population,focusing on vaccine development,health education,early diagnosis,early detection and dealing of complications,and other three-level prevention strategies. |
