消炎痛对大鼠肝线粒体呼吸活性和Ca~(2+)摄取的影响

摘    要:
本文观察了消炎痛对正常和CCl_4损伤大鼠肝线粒体呼吸活性和钙离子摄取的影响。经消炎痛预处理的大鼠,CCl_4损伤后,肝线粒体仍维持较好的呼吸活性和Ca~(2+)的摄取能力。在不加CCl_4损伤的大鼠,经消炎痛预处理,其肝线粒体的呼吸活性也有变化。提示,消炎痛有可能通过改善线粒体的功能,保证能量供应而起保护作用。

Abstract:
In order to elucidate the mechanism of hepatic protection of indomethacin, we observed the effectsof indomethacin on respiratory activity and calcium uptake of liver mitochondria in normal and CCl_4-injured rats. Carbon tetrachlorde could induce severe injury of mitochondria, the respiration-stimula-ting effects of ADP, CCCP and CaCl_2 were reduced markedly. But in the rats pretreated withindomethacin, the liver metochondria still maintained good respiratory activity and the calcium uptakecapability after CCl_4 injury. In the animals without injury with CCl_4, the respiratory activity in ratspretteated with indomethacin also differed from that in the controls. It is possible that indomethacinprotects liver by improving mitochondrial function, thus maintaining the hepatic energy supply.
