调补阴阳通络方治疗糖尿病周围血管病变58例疗效观察

目的:观察调补阴阳通络方治疗糖尿病周围血管病变的疗效。方法:选择我院2009年3月～2012年3月58例同意接受中医治疗的糖尿病周围血管病变患者,在口服西药羟苯磺酸钙片结合降糖治疗基础上,给予本院自拟调补阴阳通络方治疗,本组患者设为观察组,同时选择本院同期采用西药治疗的患者58例作为对照组,分别治疗3个月后,观察两组患者治疗效果,同时治疗前后超声检查所有患者足背动脉血流量,对变化情况进行比较。结果:观察组足背动脉血流量明显增加,而对照组较治疗前无明显变化,观察组总有效率为86.21%,对照组总有效率为55.17%,观察组疗效好于对照组,两组比较差异具有显著性,有统计学意义P0.05。结论:调补阴阳通络方针对糖尿病患者周围血管病变的病因,辨证论治,通络活血,补肾益气滋阴,健脾祛湿,可明显改善患者的临床症状,疗效显著。

Efficacy observation on treating 58 cases of the diabetic peripheral vascular disease by the Tiaobu Yinyang Tongluo recipe

Objective： To observe the curative effect of the Tiaobu Yinyang Tongluo recipe in treating the diabetic peripheral vascular disease. Methods： 58 cases of patients with peripheral vascular diseases of diabetes collected from March 2009 to March 2012 were given the self-made Tiaobu Yinyang Tongluo recipe on the basis of oral administration of calcium dobesilate Tablets combined with reducing blood sugar treatment as the treatment group. And another 58 cases in the corresponding period treated with modem medicine were chosen as the control group. The clinical effect of the two group were observed after 3 months＇ treatment, and the blood flow volumes of the arteria dorsalis pedis were detected and compared. Results： The blood flow volumes of the arteria dorsalis pedis in treatment group increased significantly, but no significant variation in the control group. The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.21%. Conclusion： The Tiaobu Yinyang Tongluo recipe chose treatments based on pathogenesis obtained through differentiation of symptoms and signs, dredged collaterals and invigorate the circulation of blood, tonified kidney and qi, nourished yin, invigorated the spleen and dispelled dampness according to the pathogenesis of peripheral vascular diseases of diabetes. It could effectively improve the clinical symptoms.
