乌灵胶囊和阿米替林治疗轻度抑郁症对照研究

目的观察乌灵胶囊对轻度抑郁症的疗效与安全性。方法将84例患者随机分为两组。治疗组42例,口服乌灵胶囊,2粒/次,3次/d;对照组42例,口服阿米替林,50~50mg/d。两组患者于治疗前及治疗后第2、4、6周分别进行汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD),副反应量表(TESS)及实验室检查,评估其疗效及安全性。结果治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为78.57%、83.33%,两组间疗效相比无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组未见明显不良反应,对照组不良反应发生率为43.42%,主要为口干、便秘、嗜睡、排尿困难等,两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论乌灵胶囊能有效治疗轻度抑郁症,且副作用少。

A PARALLELED COMPARTIVE STUDY OF WULING CAPSULE AND AMITRIPTYLINEIN IN THE TREATMENT OF MILD DEPRESSION

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and the side effects of Wuling capsule compared with amitriptyline in the treatment of mild depression.Methods 84patients were assigned to Wuling capsule group(n=42) and amitriptyline group(controlled group,n=42).Efficacy and side effects were evaluated with Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD) and Treatment Emergent Symptoms Scale(TESS) before treatment and 2.4 and 6 weeks after treatment.Results There was no significant difference in curative rate between the two groups(Wuling group being 78.57%,amitriptyline group being 83.33%).There were no significant side effects in Wuling group.The incidence of side effects of amitriptyline group was 43.42%.The main side effects were dry mouth,sedation and headache.Conclusion Wuing capsule is effective and safe in the treatment of mild depression.
