| 摘 要： | 内脏反位是一种罕见的解剖结构异常,合并胆囊疾病需要手术治疗的患者更加少见,对这样的患者实行腹腔镜胆囊切除术时需要对常规手术方法进行调整.本文回顾国内外关于对内脏反位患者施行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的报道,对不同医疗中心的手术方法进行分析和综述.

| Abstract: | Situs inversus is a rare condition of anatomical alteration, and the patient with gallbladder disease treated by laparospic cholecystectomy is rather scarce. In this condition, the operation needs to be adjusted. In this article, we reviewed the relevant literatures about the operation in the patients with this uncommon malformation and analyzed the modification of the operation. |
