病毒性脑炎后遗症期继发性癫痫的临床分析

目的探讨病毒性脑炎（以下简称脑炎）后遗症期继发性癫痫与急性期癫痫发作及局部病灶的关系。方法对2002年至2005年在我院神经内科收治且存活的118例病毒性脑炎患者进行回顾,其中后遗症期继发性癫痫53例,分析急性期有否癫痫发作及头颅MRI特点。结果脑炎后遗症期继发性癫痫患者中大部分急性期有癫痫发作,并且急性期头颅MRI多见皮质、边缘系统或脑干有局部病灶。结论脑炎后遗症期继发性癫痫患者在急性期多有癫痫发作;皮质、脑干或边缘系统有局部病灶的脑炎患者后遗症期易出现继发性癫痫。

Viral Encephalitis Sequelae Stage Secondary Epliepsy Clinical Analysis

Objective To explore the viral encephalitis（hereinafter referred to as encephalitis） sequelae stage secondary epilepsy and acute seizures and local lesion.Methods Of 2002 to 2005 in our hospital were nerve medicine and survival of patients with 118 cases of viral encephalitis are reviewed,including sequelae stage secondary epilepsy 53 patients with acute period,any seizures and head MRI characteristics.Results Encephalitis sequelae stage secondary epilepsy patients in most acute period have seizures,and see more acute head MRI cortex,the limbic system or a brain.Conclusion Encephalitis sequelae stage in the acute stage for secondary epilepsy seizures;more Cortical brain,or the limbic system has local lesion of encephalitis patients to secondary epilepsy sequelae stage.
