Endoglin和Ki-67抗原在胆囊癌的表达及意义

【目的】观察Endoglin（CD105）和Ki-67抗原在胆囊癌中表达并结合临床病理资料，探讨二者表达与胆囊癌血管生成、增殖活性、侵袭和转移的关系。【方法】采用免疫组织化学SP法检测51例胆囊癌及15例慢性胆囊炎中微血管密度（mierovesseldemity，MVD）及Ki-67抗原的表达情况，并与临床病理作对照分析。【结果】胆囊癌组织中平均MVD为48．7±15．2，而炎性组织中MVD为17．2±6．5，两者具有显著性差异（P〈0．01）。Ki-67抗原在慢性胆囊炎中中表达率为20％，在胆囊癌中呈高表达（78．4％），二者具有显著性差异（P〈0．01）。Ⅳ、V期病例MK阳性表达率明显高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ期病例。【结论】Endoglin和Ki-67抗原表达与胆囊癌Nevin分期，微血管密度及增殖活性具有相关性，二者可以作为临床判断胆囊癌转移和细胞恶性程度的指标。

Expression of Endoglin and Ki-67 in gallbladder carcinoma and its significance

Objective] To investigate the expression of Endoglin and Ki-67 and its relation with angiogenesis, infiltration and metastasis in gallbladder carcinoma （GC）. Methods] The expression of Ki-67 antigen and microvessel density （MVD） were detected by immunohistochemiscal method in 51 cases of human gallbladder carcinoma. Resultsl MVD of GC was 48.7 ± 15.2, which was higher than that in chronic cholecystitis. The positive expression of Ki-67 antigen was significantly higher than that in chronic cholecysfitis （ P 〈 0.01 ）. No correlation was found between the expression of Ki-67 and histological type and pathologicalgrade of gallbladder carcinoma. Conclusions] The expression of Endoglin and Ki-67 is closely correlated with tumor angiogenesis, infiltration and metastasis in human gallbladder carcinoma.
