碱性离子液对小鼠抗疲劳功能的研究

摘    要:目的探讨碱性离子液体的抗运动性疲劳作用。方法选用雄性ICR小鼠,设3个剂量组和阴性对照组,给不同剂量的碱性离子液体30d后,观察小鼠负重游泳时间、肝糖原储备、疲劳小鼠血清尿素以及游泳前后血乳酸含量的变化。结果与对照组比较,实验组小鼠负重游泳时间延长(P〈0.05),肝糖原储备增加(P〈0.05,P〈0.01),血清尿素含量降低(P〈0.05),运动前后血乳酸水平与对照组无明显差异(P〉0.05)。结论碱性离子液体有维持小鼠运动时正常机能,延缓运动疲劳发生的功能。

Abstract:Objectives To study the anti-fatigue function of alkaline ion. Methods Mice were divided into 3 dose groups and 1 negative group. certain liquor with alkaline ion was given during 30 days. Loading swimming time,levels of liver hepatin ,blood urea and blood lactic acid of the mice were detected. Results The loading swimming time was prolonged,liver hepatin levels was increased,the blood urea nitrogen level was decreased,and there was significantly diffeence compared with the control group(P<0.05).
