摘    要:目的 采用SPME-GC-MS联用的方法检测紫苏中挥发性成分.方法 先采用固相微萃取器萃取紫苏挥发油,再用气质联用仪检测挥发油中的有效成分.结果 从紫苏中分离出56种成分,主要成分为2-己酰基呋喃,单萜,倍半单萜,脂肪酸等,其中2-己酰基呋喃占69.88%,这可能是造成紫苏强烈气味的主要原因.结论 SPME-GC-MS方法能简便、敏感、快捷的检测紫苏中挥发性成分.

Abstract:Objective The volatile components of Perilla frutescens were extracted by SPME and components separated were identified by gas chromatography (GC-MS) . Methods First, the solid-phase microextraction(SPME) method was used to extract the volatile oils from Perillafrutescens, then the active ingredients of the volatile oil was determined by GC-MS .Results 56 volatile compounds were identified, monoterpene , sesquiterpene, fatty acid and fatty acid esteer were predominant in the essential oil of P. frutescens. 2-Hexanoylfuran compound represented about 69.88% of the total essential, respectively, which was probably the main cause of the strong odor of P. frutescens.Conclusion SPME-GC-MS method is a simple, sensitive , and rapid method and suitable for the analysis of volatile constituents from P. frutescens.
