| 摘 要： | 目的检测妇女尿中MMP-9及MMP-9／NGAL复合物，对乳腺疾病是否具有筛查作用。方法采用明胶酶底物电沫法，检测正常女性（60例）、乳腺良性疾病病人（41例）、乳腺癌病人（127例）尿中MMP-9及MMP-9／NGAL复合物的表达。结果乳腺疾病（乳腺良性疾病＋乳腺癌）尿中MMP-9及MMP-9／NGAL复合物，与正常女性比较差异非常显著（P〈0．01）。乳腺癌病人尿中MMP-9及MMP-9／NGAL复合物，与正常女性比较差异非常显著（P〈0．01）。乳腺良性疾病与正常女性比较差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论检测尿中MMP-9及MMP-9／NGAL复合物，对乳腺疾病的筛查具有重要意义。尤其对乳腺癌筛壹更具意义。

| Abstract: | Objectives To investigate the potential of urinary MMP-9 and MMP-9/NGAL complex as screening breast disease in female population.Methods Urinary MMP-9 and MMP-9/NGAL complex were detected with substrate zymography gel electrophoresis.Urine samples were collected from healthy women(n=60),benign breast disease(n=41),and patients with breast cancer(n=127).Results Urinary MMP-9 and MMP-9/NGAL complex in breast disease(benign breast disease patients and breast cancer) was higher than that in normal women(P<0.01)... |
