小白鼠肾上腺髓质发育分化的组织学和组织化学观察

摘    要:
本文报道了雄性BALB/c小白鼠胚胎14d至生后成年的肾上腺髓质发育分化的组织学和10种组织化学指标的观察结果。胚胎15d时髓质原基贴近并开始穿入皮质原基,17d时完全穿入皮质原基内。生后1周末出现间接嗜铬反应,并能清楚地区别肾上腺素细胞和去甲肾上腺素细胞。生后2周末时髓质细胞在组织学上和组织化学上发生了比较明显的变化,4周末时接近成年水平。作者根据上述结果对小白鼠肾上腺髓质的结构和功能分化进行了讨论,并将其发育分化过程分为生长分化、机能分化和成熟分化三个阶段。

Abstract:
In this paper we reported the observations of the histological and histochemical results about the development and differentiation of the adrenal medulla in male BALB/c mice from 14-day embryo to adulthood. In the 15th day of intrauterine life, the medullary anlage was immediately lateral to the cortical anlage and began its penetration between cortical cells. By the 17th day of intrauterine life the penetration was completed. By the end of the lst week after birth, the medulla appeared to be indirect chromaffin positive and a clear distinction could be made. between the adrenaline-cell and noradrenaline-cell. Obvious histological and histochemical changes took place in medulla in the 2nd week after birth and by the end of the 4th week it approached the adult's level. According to the above experimental results, we discussed the structural and functional differentiation of mice adrenal medulla. The development and differentiation of medulla was divided into three periods: growth differentiation, function differentiation and mature differentiation.
