| 摘 要： | 针对本科临床技能教学模式存在的问题,为探索新的临床技能教学模式,在1999和2000级临床医学专业的本科班级中开设“临床基本操作技能”课程;建立专门的管理和教学机构;重组临床技能教学内容;狠抓教材建设;合理安排教学时间;严把考试关。改革后的班级的临床课程考核和实习巡考结果均优于传统模式教学班（P＜0.05）。 |

| Abstract: | In view of the existing problems in current clinical skills teaching mode for medical undergraduates and in order to research a new one,a series of initiatives have been taken: A course named Basic Clinical Practice Skills is set up for undergraduates in clinical classes in Grade 99 and 00 in clinical medicine science teaching;the institutes have been established for the management and teaching;the teaching contents of clinical skills have been rearranged;the construction of teaching materials has been strengthened;the teaching time has been properly arranged and the examinations have strictly been controlled.The results of the examinations in clinical courses and in medical practice are superior to those with the traditional teaching mode(P<0.05) after the reform.What has been attempted is for reference in the reform of medical undergraduate education. |
