| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老年人结直肠癌的临床特点、外科治疗、围手术期处理及术后并发症防治,以期提高手术疗效.方法回顾性分析2008年1月至2010年12月经外科治疗56例老年人结直肠癌患者的临床资料.结果全组病例均行手术治疗,术后随访1～28个月,随访率为100%,术后1 a生存率为85.71%（48/56）,2a生存率为46.43%（26/56）.38例患者术后出现并发症,其中肺部感染12例,切口感染5例,肠瘘3例,高血压3例,心功能不全6例,肝功能不全5例,急性肾功能衰竭2例,应激性溃疡2例,无死亡病例.结论老年人结直肠癌患者无特征性临床表现,且合并疾病较多,增加了手术风险.目前,手术治疗是老年人结直肠癌患者较好的治疗方法,加强围手术期处理,积极防治合并疾病,可提高患者的手术成功率、减少并发症、降低死亡率. |
