| 摘 要： | 目的探讨护理干预对老年高血压患者收缩压的影响.方法收集100里老年高血压患者资料,分为对照组48例和实验组52例,对照组给予常规高血压药物治疗,实验组在常规治疗的基础加用护理干预,比较两组患者收缩压下降率.结果实验组收缩压下降率为21.1%,对照组为13.2%,两者比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论在药物治疗的基础上,采用护理干预治疗,可提高患者对降压药物治疗的依从性,减少并发症的发生,更好的保障了高血压患者的安全.
