| 摘 要： | "但欲寐"是少阴病阴盛阳虚的特点.肾中阳气维系着一身之阴阳.肾阳充足,则阴阳相互维系,机体的卫外能力就充沛,人的睡眠就深且睡眠质量好;若肾阳不足,除畏寒怕冷,肢体蜷卧以外,尚可导致机体的阴阳不足,阳虚不能温煦阴津,致使精神疲惫,倦怠乏力,但欲寐的发生.

| Abstract: | Fondness to sleep is the characteristics of shaoyin disease of yin-excess and yang-deficiency type. Yang-qi in the kidney connects yin and yang of the body. The sufficient kidney-yang ensures the harmony between yin and yang and the body＇ s sample defensive ability, then man may have a deep sleep with good quality; while the less sufficient kidney-yang may cause the body＇ s deficiency of yin and yang, besides the aversion to cold and cuffed lying. Kidney-yang fails to warm yin-fluid, leading to mental fatigue and malaise, then foodness to sleep may occur. |
