滋阴扶正培本法治疗复发性口疮88例

本文介绍了88例复发性口疮患者。通过治疗前后的白细胞计数以及大部份病例的细胞免疫和体液免疫指标测定,其结果认为:重型、长期反复发作之口疮,主要属中医的阴虚型;治疗应以养阴扶正为主,其治疗有效率为63%。不宜以苦寒清热治之。

The Treatment of 88 Cases of Recurrent Aphthae by Way of Nourishing Yin and Supplementing Blood

The present report introduces 88 severe cases of patients with recurrent aphthae.They were treated by way of nourishing Yin and supplementing blood so as to restore the normal functioning of the body and consolidate the constitution.The proportion of therapeutic effect amounted to 63%.Before the treatment,the indexes of examination were low in terms of white blood cell count in all cases,and cellular immunity and humoral immunity in most cases,but returned to normal after the treatment.This shows that the disease is a manifestation of Yin-blood deficiency,which in turn leads to hyperactivity of"fire".In a few cases,the deficiency of Yang coexists,therefore the treatment of supplementing blood to restore the normal functioning of the body and consolidate constitution is suggested.The use of traditional Chinese medicine to promote blood circulation and regulate vital energy depends on circumstances.In this case,the disease should by no means be considered as inflammation and sthenia-syndrome,and drugs of bitter flavour and cold nature to clear away the internal heat should be avoided.Therefore,the patients not only had their stomatocace healed,but also had their symptoms bettered,such as,insomnia,dreaminess,anorexia,weariness,dry-stool. menoxenia,etc.
