摘    要:
摘要:糖尿病是因胰岛素分泌不足或分泌障碍而导致体内糖脂、蛋白质代谢紊乱的一种慢性、全身代谢性疾病。最新研究表明,机体铁过载或高铁水平会增强机体氧化应激,加大罹患2型糖尿病的机率。控制饮食铁或补充铁螯合剂能够治疗并延缓2型糖尿病及其并发症。运动疗法也因其能够有效控制血清铁蛋白,维持铁稳态并改善血糖水平,降低胰岛素抵抗等作用而日益受到重视。本研究就当前铁代谢与糖尿病关系、运动改善糖尿病的机制等热点问题进行系统阐述,为T2DM的临床预防和治疗提供理论依据。

Abstract:
Abstract: Diabetes is glucose and lipid metabolic disorder of systemic metabolic disease which is caused by insulin secretion deficiency. The latest study suggests that the iron overload or high iron levels could enhance the oxidative stress and increase the risk of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Several studies have confirmed that controlling diet iron or supplement of iron chelators can help treat and delay type 2 diabetes mellitus and its complications. The exercise therapy is receiving more attention, which is helpful to control serum ferritin and reduce insulin resistance. This paper systematically discussed several issues mainly about the current relationship between iron metabolism and diabetes, the improvement of diabetes mechanism by exercise. The research might provide theoretical basis for prevention and treatment of T2DM.
