眼球摘除后畸形的手术矫治

单纯施行眼球摘出后,常出现多种继发性畸形。1979年4月起采用眼眶内注射室温硫化硅橡胶治疗以来,已接诊500多例。作者的经验可根据具体病例酌情选用:(1)进行二期手术埋置义眼座;(2)下眼睑缩短术;(3)眶内埋置填充物;(4)下睑缩短兼眶内埋置填充物;(5)下眼睑缘轮匝肌下埋置兜带。

THE SURGICAL TREATMENT OF POST ENUCLEATION DEFORMITY

Usually after simple enucleation, deformation may occurred.The surgical treatment for the deformation are: (1) Buried some substances under the skin or orbicular muscle of upper lid; (2)The secondary stage of operation is insertion of implant; (3)lnt-raorbital insertion of implant in the orbital cavity; (4)Shortening of the lower lid; (5)Shortening of the lower lid incombincd with intya-orbital insertion of implants; (6)Silicon tube or faeia latae buried under the orbicular muscle of lower lid margin.
