DDP,Vp16,UFT联合方案治疗晚期胃癌58例近期疗效分析

本文报告DDP、Vp_(16)、UFT联合方案治疗58例晚期胃癌的疗效情况。结果总有效率为63.8％(37/58),其中远处锁骨上淋巴结转移癌有效率为73.7％(14/19),原发部位及腹腔转移癌有效率分别为66.7％与63.2％,盆腔种植转移癌有效率为53.8％,肝转移癌有效率为47.1％,中数缓解期5个月,主要副作用为白细胞及血小板减少,Ⅱ°以上者分别占29.3％及10.3％,疗程结束后可恢复。

AN ANALYSIS ON SHORT-TERM EFFECT OF THE TREATMENT FOR 58 PATIENTS OF ADVANCED GASTRIC CARCINOMA BY COMBINED DDP, VP-16 AND UFT

This is the report on the effect of using conbination reginen of D-DP, VP-16, UFT for the treatment of 58 patients with advanced gastric carcinoma.All patients had been throught precisely pathological diagnosis and had measurable masses.The regimen was:DDP 30mg/m 2 , VP-16 100mg f44 days 1, 8 and 15; UFT 4 tablets orally 3 times every day. One cycle was 28 days, and two cycles formed one course. Total response rate was 63.8%( 37/ 58) . Among which , 73.7%( 14/ 19) for metastatic supracl-avicular lymph nodes, 66.7%and 63.2% for original gastric carcinoma and masses transferred to abdominal cavity respectively, 53.8% for carcinoma transplanted in pelvic cavity, 47.1% for metastatic hepatic carcinoma. Median response duration was 5 months.Main side effects were leucopenia and thromcytopenia. Each of them above n grade( WHO classification) acounts for 29.3% and 10.3% respectively. But they could recover by the end of the therapeutic course. We think this regimen can be used as one of effective regimens for the treatment of patients with advanced gastric carcinoma.
