介入灌注配合中药治疗股骨头缺血性坏死

目的通过对本组病例治疗的总结，试图探究治疗股骨头缺血性坏死行之有效的保髋方法。方法对本组300例共500髋确诊为股骨头缺血性坏死的患者全部应用介入灌注配合中药辩证施治的方案进行治疗。结果本组病例全部经过3年以上随访，仅16例20髋因髋痛症状加重而接受了全髋关节置换术，而其余患髋Harris评分较治疗前提高，总有效率大于90％。结论应用介入灌注配合中药辩证施治治疗股骨头缺血性坏死行能有效促进骨坏死区域修复并能有效缓解髋部疼痛症状，延缓甚至阻断骨坏死的病理进程。

Research on Perfusion Interventional Radiology Therapy Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine in Avascular Necrosis of Femoral Head

Objective To explore the nonoperative method for avascular necrosis of femoral head（ANFH）. Methods 300 cases with 500 avascular necrosis head of femur were treated with perfusion interventional radiology therapy combined with traditional chinese medicine were investigated. Results All patients were followed-up for at least 3 years. Except for 16 （20 sides） accepting total hip arthroplasty for serious pain, all the cases had higher posttreatment Harris score than before treatment, with total efficiency of more than 90%. Conclusion This method to treat ANFH has the advantages of promoting the reparation of bone necrosis and relieving hip pain, even preventing the process of bone necrosis.
