两种不同敷料应用于剖宫产手术切口的效果比较

[目的]比较两种敷料对剖宫产手术切口使用效果.[方法]采用回顾性研究方法,将我院2006年1月-2006年12月730例剖宫产病人设为对照组,手术伤口给予自粘伤口贴(优韧宁)进行切口覆盖;将2007年1月-2007年12月975例剖宫产病人设为观察组,手术伤口则采用传统消毒医用纱布块进行切口覆盖,对比两组切口愈合情况.[结果]采用传统消毒纱布块和自粘伤口贴覆盖伤口后,伤口愈合情况无统计学意义(P＞0.05),而两组病人经费支出有统计学意义,并且护理人员发现使用自粘伤口贴覆盖,病人切口周边皮肤破损程度严重.[结论]采用传统消毒纱块时剖宫产手术切口愈合无明显影响,相反可以降低医院医疗成本及病人经济负担,节约资源.

Comparison on effects of two different dressings applied for incision of patients after cesarean section

Objective:To compare the effect of using two different dressings for incision of patients after cesarean section.Methods:By adopting retrospective study,a total of 730 patients undergoing cesarean section in our hospital from January to December in 2006 were selected as control group.And incisions of them were covered with self-sticking wound strip(You'renning).Another 975 patients undergoing cesarean section in our hospital from January to December in 2007 were selected as test group.And their incisions were covered with traditional sterile medical gauze.Then the incision healing of both groups were compared with each other.Results:In terms of incision healing,there were no statistical significant difference between patients applying self-sticking wound strip and traditional sterile medical gauze(P>0.05).However,in terms of medical expenses of hospital and patients,there was statistical significant difference between the two group patients.Nursing staff found that patients of test group had higher degree of skin damage after applying self-sticking wound strip than that of control group cases.Conclusion:Traditional sterile medical gauze has no significant influence on cesarean section incision healing.However,it can cut both the expenses of hospital and cost burden of patients.And saving resource is an important topic for modern medical workers must not be neglected.
