| 摘 要： | 目的:了解我院注射用灯盏花素应用情况,提高我院中药注射剂合理应用水平。方法:回顾性分析我院100例注射用灯盏花素临床应用情况。结果:100份含注射用灯盏花素病历中,73例遵循中药注射剂辩证辨病相结合使用原则;13例溶媒种类及用量符合说明书规定;96例未与其他中药注射剂联合使用。结论:我院注射用灯盏花素临床应用仍存在不合理现象,需进一步规范。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To understand the application of Breviscapine for injection in our hospital,and to evaluate the reasonability of clinical application.METHODS:100 cases of clinical application of Breviscapine for injection were analyzed retrospectively.RESULTS:Of totally 100 cases,73 cases followed the principle of the combination of disease and syndrome of differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine.Types and amount of 13 solvents were in line with the standard of package inserts;96 cases were not combined with other TCM injection.CONCLUSIONS:There is irrational phenomenon in clinical application of Breviscapine for injection in our hospital,it needed further standardization. |
