注射用阿魏酸钠与木糖醇注射液配伍稳定性考察

摘    要:目的:考察注射用阿魏酸钠在木糖醇注射液中配伍的稳定性。方法:在室温条件下,分别观察及测定6h内配伍液的外观、pH值及紫外吸光度的变化,并用紫外分光光度法测定配伍液中阿魏酸钠的含量。结果:注射用阿魏酸钠与木糖醇注射液在室温条件下配伍6h内,其外观、pH值、含量和紫外吸收峰形均无明显变化。结论:注射用阿魏酸钠与木糖醇注射液室温下6h内配伍稳定。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To investigate the compatible stability of Sodium ferulate for injection with Xylitol injection.METHODS:The appearance,pH value and UV spectra of the mixture were observed after mixing within 6 hours at room temperature.The content of sodium ferulate in the mixture was determined by UV spectrophotometry.RESULTS:There was no evident change in the content,appearance,pH value and UV spectra peak of the mixture within 6 hours at room temperature.CONCLUSION:The mixture of Sodium ferulate for injection and Xylitol injection is stable within 6 hours at room temperature.
