碘酊涂擦病灶清除联合羊膜移植治疗真菌性角膜溃疡

目的探讨5％碘酊涂擦创面及病灶清除联合羊膜移植治疗真菌性角膜溃疡的效果。方法设立对照组，对29例真菌性角膜溃疡患者采取反复5％碘酊涂擦及角膜溃疡病灶清除联合羊膜移植治疗，术后随访半年。结果29例中26例痊愈，而且视力恢复较好，治愈率89．66％。优于对照组的73．68％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论5％碘酊涂擦创面及病灶清除联合羊膜移植治疗真菌性角膜溃疡是一种方便、安全、有效的治疗方法。

Clinical observation on treatment of fungal corneal ulcer with excision of focus and Iodine tincture applicationan and combined with transplantation of amniotic membrane

Objective To investigate the feasibility of treating fungal corneal ulcer and to find affective treatment methods to treat fungal corneal ulcer with the excision of focuses and Iodine tincture applicationan and combined with amniotic membrane transplantation. Methods Retrospective analysis was clone to the 29 patient with fungal corneal ulcer treated with the excision of focuses and Iodine tincture applicationan and combined with amniotic membrane transplantation. Results All the cases were followed up for 6 months of them. 26 patients were cured and their vision was raised. Three patients were failed. Conclusion It is a simple safe and effective treatment methods to fungal corneal ulcer with the excision of focuses and Iodine tincture applicationan and combined with amniotic membrane transplantation.
