摘    要:
目的:考察在不同PH值溶出介质中.不同厂家盐酸克林霉素胶囊的体外溶出情况.方法:采用桨法,转速50转/分钟.不同PH值的溶出介质900ml.测定溶出度,绘制溶出曲线.结果:显示在PH1.2.PH4.0.PH6.8.水的溶出介质中.各厂家的胶囊溶出曲线有较大差异.结论:盐酸克林霉素胶囊的内在质量需进一步提高.

Abstract:
Objective: The dissolution of different brands of Clindamycin Hydrochloride Capsules in different PH dissolution mediums was discussed. Methods: According to the second dissolution method in ChP, with the 50r/min rotate speed and different dissolution mediums of 900 ml, the dissolution curves were drawn. Results: The results showed that the dissolution of five brands of Clindamycin Hydrochloride Capsules in four different mediums (water, PH1.2 hydrochloric acid, PH4.0 phosphate buffer and PH6.8 phosphate buffer) had significant difference. Conclusion: The inner quality of Clindamycin Hydrochloride Capsules should be improved.
