改良的泪囊鼻腔吻合术临床观察

目的观察改良泪囊鼻腔吻合术治疗慢性泪囊炎的疗效。方法泪囊鼻腔吻合术108例（108眼）。根据手术方式不同分为2组，每组各54例。A组行传统泪囊鼻腔吻合术，B组行改良式泪囊鼻腔吻合术。术后随访2年，观察手术效果。结果术后1年，A组治愈42例（77．78％）、好转7例（12．96％）、无效5例（9．26％），B组治愈51例（94．44％）、好转2例（3．70％）、无效1例（1．86％）。两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论改良泪囊鼻腔吻合术省时、简便，成功率高，是治疗慢性泪囊炎的较有效的术式。

The clinical observation for improved dacryoeystorhinostomy

Objective To investigate the therapeatic efficacy of improved dacryocystorhinostomy in the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis. Methods The study reviewed 108 patients who underwent surgery between January 2000 and June 2008. There were 54 patients（ Group A） who received traditional surgery and 54 patients（ Group B） who underwent improved dacryocystorhinostomy. Results for these two groups were compared. Results There were no significant differences in age or gender. Total cases were fol- lowed up 12months after operation. In group A, 42 cases （77.78%） were cured,7 cases （12.96%）were improved, and 5 cases （9.26%） were invalid. In group B,51 cases （94.44%） were cured, 2 cases （3. 70%） were improved, and 1 cases （1.86%） was invalid. The difference was statistically significant between group A and B （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Improved dacryocystorhinostomy is a surgery with time - saving, simple and high success rate, so it should be the first choice for the surgical treatment of chronic dacryocystitis.
