鼻内窥镜下泪囊鼻腔造孔术治疗慢性泪囊炎

目的探讨经鼻内窥镜泪囊鼻腔造孔术治疗慢性泪囊炎的方法与临床效果。方法对慢性泪囊炎23例（25眼）采用鼻内窥镜下泪囊鼻腔造孔术并同期处理相应鼻部疾病,术后随访。结果术后随访6～24个月,治愈22眼,好转3眼。结论鼻内窥镜下泪囊鼻腔造孔术损伤小,面部无瘢痕,并能同时处理鼻部疾病,防止吻合口粘连,是治疗慢性泪囊炎的一种有效方法。术后加强换药随访是治愈的关键。

The treatment for 23 cases of chronic dacryocystitis with dacryocystorhinostomy under nasal endoscopy

Objective To investigate the method and clinical results of dacryocystorhinostomy for chronic dacryocystitis under nasal endoscopy.Methods 23 patients（25 eyes） with chronic dacryocystitis who were hospitalized from Jan 2007 to Sept 2009 underwent dacryocystorhinostomy under nasal endoscopy and other nasal problems were dealt at the same time.All the patients followed up regularly postoperatively and the clinical results were observed.Results The postoperative follow-up was from 6 months to 24 months.Of all the cases,22 eyes were cured,and 3 eyes were improved.Conclusion Dacryocystorhinostomy under nasal endoscopy made tiny damages and no scar on the face.It could deal with other nasal problems at the same time and prevent adhesions in the anastomotic stoma.So dacryocystorhinostomy under nasal endoscopy is an effective treatment for chronic dacryocystitis.Postoperative change dressings is a key point of healing.
