摘    要:
目的探讨牛磺酸在体外冲击波碎石术(ESWL)致肾损伤中的保护作用及机制。方法40只家兔随机分为:生理盐水对照组、牛磺酸组。分别测定ESWL前后外周血中损伤相关因子内皮素(ET-1)、丙二醛(MDA)及保护相关因子一氧化氮(NO)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的含量。并观察肾脏组织形态及细胞超微结构变化。结果两组在ES-WL后外周血ET-1、MDA含量均升高,NO和SOD的含量则均降低,同期牛磺酸组ET-1、MDA升高幅度明显低于对照组,同期牛磺酸组SOD、NO降低幅度也明显低于对照组。结论牛磺酸可能通过减少肾组织氧自由基的产生,调节ET-1、NO水平之间平衡的机制,保护肾脏,缓解ESWL引起的肾脏损伤

Abstract:
Objective To study the protective effects of taurine on renal function damage induced by shock wave lithotripsy(ESWL).Methods Forty rabbits were randomly divided into two groups before ESWL:taurine-treated group and normal saline-treated group.The levels of plasma endothelin-1(ET-1),plasma nitric oxide(NO),superoxide dismutase(SOD) and serum alondialdehyde(MDA) before and after ESWL were determined.The ultrastructural and morphologic changes of renal tissues were observed under the light microscopy and electron microscopy.Results The levels of blood NO and SOD were decreased,while the levels of blood ET-1 and MDA were increased in both two groups after ESWL.The increases of SOD,MDA and the decreases of NO and ET-1 in the taurine-treated group were less than those in the normal saline-treated group.Conclusion Taurine may alleviate the damage to kidney due to ESWL by reducing the production of oxygen free radical and regulating the balance between ET-1 and NO.
