绝育术后腹腔镜输卵管再通术的临床研究

目的探讨腹腔镜输卵管端端吻合术的临床价值及可行性。方法回顾性分析2010年3月—2013年2月我院20例输卵管结扎后行腹腔镜下输卵管部分切除、输卵管端端吻合再通术患者的临床资料。结果本组20例,术后随访16例,4例失去联系。其中,发生异位妊娠1例,宫内孕7例,正常分娩3例。结论腹腔镜下输卵管端端吻合术是解决输卵管结扎术后再通的良好方法,具有创伤小,痛苦轻,恢复快等优点,充分发挥了腹腔镜放大作用及腔内吻合准确率更高的优势。

Clinical study of recanalization of fallopian tube after sterilization

Objective To discuss the clinical value and feasibility of fallopian tubal end-to-end anastomosis under laparoscope. Method We made a retrospective analysis of clinical data about 20 fallopian tube ligation cases, of Laparoscopic partial tubal resection and tubal anastomosis recanalization. from March 2010 to February 2013.Results Within 20 patients,16 cases were followed up,4 cases lost contact with us.Among them,1 case of ectopic pregnancy,7cases of intrauterine pregnancy,3 cases of normal delivery.Conclusion End-to-end anastomosis of fallopian tube under laparoscope is a good method to solve the problem of recanalization after fallopian tubal ligation. Minimal injury, slight pain,fast recovery are its advantage. It can exploit the advantages of the amplification effect and higher accuracy of laparoscopic intracorporeal anastomosis to the full.
