氯沙坦联合辛伐他汀治疗慢性充血性心衰的临床研究

目的 观察氯沙坦联合辛伐他汀治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭（CHF）的疗效。方法 将132例CHF患者（年龄72．5±5．8岁，NYHA心功能分级为Ⅱ-Ⅲ级），随机分为氯沙坦联合辛伐他汀治疗组（44例）、辛伐他汀对照组（44例）和常规治疗对照组（44例）3组，随访180d，观察治疗前后NYHA心功能分级，同时以超声心动图检测左室舒张末期内径（LVED）、左室收缩末期内径（LVES）、左室射血分数（LVEF）及E／A比值，并以化学发光法测定B型利钠肽（BNP）水平等指标的变化来评估治疗效果。结果 180d后，辛伐他汀对照组与常规治疗组比较心功能分级、LVEF、LVES、LVED、E／A无统计学意义（P≥0．05），氯沙坦联合辛伐他汀治疗组心功能分级、LVEF、LVES、LVED、E／A、BNP较对照组存在统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论 氯沙坦联合辛伐他汀治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭比单用辛伐他汀有更好的临床疗效。

The clinical study of Losartan and Simvastatin on treating chronic congestive heart failure

Objective To investigate the effects of Losartan and Simvastatin on patients suffering from chronic congestive heart failure (CHF). Methods 132 CHF patients were randomly devided into routine control group, Losartan joint Simvastatin group and Simvastatin group.180 days later, the changes of left ventricular end diastolic diameter (LVED), left ventricular end contract surface (LVES), left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), and cardiac function (NYHA class) were observed before and after therapy. At the same time the concentration of brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) were determined with chemiluminescent method . Results There was a significant statistical differences in NYHA, LVED, LVES, LVEF, E/A and BNP between Losartan joint Simvastatin group and routine control group (P<0.01), and not between Losartan joint Simvastatin group and Simvastatin group. Conclusion Losartan joint Simvastatin is more effective than Simvastatin in treating patients with CHF.
